Job summary

NaphCare is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruiting team at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. This role drives executive and senior-level hiring, shapes sourcing strategy, and ensures a premier candidate experience across corporate and divisional functions.

You will partner with leaders, manage a team of recruiters, implement best practices, and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill while supporting growth in a large, multifaceted organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years recruiting experience filling Exec/VP level roles in a large org.
• 2+ years leading a team of recruiting professionals.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media.
• Solid full-cycle recruiting knowledge and ATS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit on C-Suite and Executive/VP openings for the corporate office.
• Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team for corporate and divisional hiring.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for executive, corporate and operational roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Partner with managers to define workforce needs and candidate profiles.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire; report to senior leadership.
• Ensure consistent recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
