Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Executive Sushi Chef for a regional, respected Japanese-Sushi concept with multiple locations. The role is hands-on, demanding top-tier guest service and leadership across kitchen and dining operations, with strong financial acumen.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in a similar role, with experience in a $2–3M sales environment, proven P&L and cost-control skills, and the ability to drive growth in a high-volume setting through a solid training

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience with a concept generating $2–$3M annually in sales.
• Strong leadership with ability to analyze financials and maintain cost controls.
