New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Service Client Specialist to support the Managing Partner with calendars, travel, meetings, and strategic initiatives.

The role combines high-level administrative work with operational coordination to improve efficiency and service quality for leaders, advisors, clients, and business partners. The role includes coordinating recruiting, onboarding, training events, leadership meetings, and tracking milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing executive support, business operations, client service, or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and communications for the Managing Partner.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, recognition programs, training events, and leadership meetings.
• Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
