Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC seeks a highly experienced Management Analyst / Executive Support to join our on-site team at WPAFB, Dayton, Ohio. The role focuses on advisory services for AFSC Logistics, handling project analysis, workflow management, and operational support with a strong emphasis on documentation and security compliance.

The successful candidate will develop briefing materials, manage calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate travel/training while maintaining SharePoint and Teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience at minimum.
• Master’s degree required; candidate with a BA/BS plus relevant experience may be considered with waiver.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports for technical projects/programs.
• Experience with SharePoint/Teams site management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide project analysis, workflow management, and process improvement to boost operational efficiency.
• Develop briefing charts and presentations for leadership review.
• Manage suspense tasks and deadlines in AFSC standards.
• Oversee records management and ensure security guideline compliance.
• Coordinate travel and training schedules for AFSC personnel.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for collaboration.
