Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to the VP - Head of A320 VSM Mobile. You will manage daily activities, prepare scenarios, and coordinate cross‑functional interfaces across a multicultural and transnational organization.

The role requires handling confidential data, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years work experience, preferably in Industrial/Operations.
• Experience with project or program management preferred.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP in day-to-day activities, prepare scenarios and presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and transnational interfaces across the company.
• Lead specific action plans and support the VP’s management team.
• Prioritize VP calendar and manage overlapping issues with Admin Support.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, materials and decisions for meetings.
• Manage a broad network of stakeholders at all levels.
• Collect and analyze information to support decision making.
• Organize meetings, events and welcome external guests.
• Prepare and archive official documents using Airbus templates.
• Ensure compliance with time zones and travel requirements.
• Interface with EA/COS and N‑1 offices to influence stakeholders.
