Job summary

Olmsted County is seeking an Executive Support Supervisor for Community Corrections. You will support the Director and Associate Director, supervise administrative staff, and help coordinate cross-department projects to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, policy development, and acting as a liaison with courts, law enforcement, and social services across two county locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field plus 1 year experience in a similar role or Associates + 3 years, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Regular attendance and valid driver's license with clean record for last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Director and Associate Director.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate services across two County locations.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Manage department budget, procure supplies, and track expenditures.
• Serve as liaison with other departments and external agencies.
