The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience supporting senior executives and possess strong organizational and business judgment skills. This role also involves managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and undertaking special projects to boost organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting senior executives.
• 3+ years with strategic Chief of Staff responsibilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
• Draft executive communications and prepare materials.
• Track CEO-led strategic initiatives.
• Manage international travel itineraries and expenses.
