Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO on strategy, operations, and communications. The role involves leading high-impact initiatives across clinical operations, product development, and growth, with significant exposure to executive decision-making.

The position is hybrid and located in New York City, with a preference for in-office presence two days per week in NYC or Cambridge. Travel ~15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong business acumen with healthcare or tech-enabled services exposure a plus.
• Proven ability to structure problems and deliver concise recommendations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Executive presence with ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, shaping priorities and initiatives.
• Develop executive communications, Board narratives, and strategic briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage complex initiatives.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear metrics and timelines.
• Drive organizational alignment and accelerate execution across departments.
• Support external engagement with investors, partners, and customers.
