LeanData, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and executive team on strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution. This hybrid role requires strong organizational design, program management, and a track record of leading strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
The position transitions after two years into a high-impact operating role, with three in-office days per week to foster collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or business operations, preferably at senior levels.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record leading strategic initiatives and projects from concept to execution.
Responsabilités
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with CEO to align progress with annual plan; coordinate OKRs; own QBR rhythm and materials.
- New Initiative Design: Build business cases and project plans for cross-functional initiatives.
- Program Execution & Project Management: Lead high-leverage initiatives for the CEO; temporarily own unstaffed projects.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster executive-level relationships and cross-functional alignment for deliverables.
