Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and executive team. You will act as a bridge across the organization, coordinating cross-functional projects and monitoring performance to drive growth.

The role requires leading collaboration with senior leaders, staff, and the Board, while mentoring teams and supporting organizational initiatives. On-site presence at the Oakland clubhouse is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives and coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO's priorities, initiatives, and projects.
• Coordinate and track strategic plans, ensuring alignment with mission and goals.
• Conduct research to inform decisions and monitor performance.
• Serve as liaison between CEO, senior leadership, staff, and Board members.
• Mentor staff and lead special projects as needed.
