You will lead the executive support team, coordinate special projects, and remove blockers to keep programs on track while protecting leadership focus and ensuring timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight calendars.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and COO to protect time and focus on top priorities.
• Maintain calendars, manage inboxes/slack, prep meetings, and coordinate travel.
