Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, life sciences or related field.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting, life sciences, corporate strategy, business operations, business development, investor relations, finance or comparable fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a publicly traded biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and produce executive-level analyses, presentations and written communications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Chief of Staff and CEO across strategic priorities, executive communications, and essential administrative tasks.
• Coordinate executive office operations, meetings, travel, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution with clear milestones and status reporting.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas and pre-reads for key meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with investor relations materials and external communications as needed.
