The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, sharp financial acumen, and proven program management. You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and coordinate with key stakeholders to influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial impact analysis.
• Demonstrated program and/or project management experience, coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a direct style.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency: Drive development and execution of strategic plans and optimize executive operations.
