Job summary

FOX Entertainment has a great opportunity for an Assistant, Strategy and Operations. This role provides administrative support to two executives and contributes to special projects. On-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four days per week is essential.

The position emphasizes strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Administrative/internship experience supporting senior executives.
• Strong communication and writing skills, including professional telephone manners.
• Professional presence, good judgment and confidentiality.
• Ability to proactively anticipate and coordinate day-to-day needs of executives.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer busy phones, route and take messages.
• Schedule and coordinate Zoom and in-person meetings using Outlook.
• Set up conference rooms, welcome visitors and arrange catering as needed.
• Arrange travel, create itineraries, prepare and track expense reports, process invoices.
• Draft, edit and proofread documents and materials; update presentations as needed.
• Assist with basic project management duties.
• Other duties as needed.
