nVent seeks a Vice President of Integrated Business Planning to architect and embed enterprise IBP across the global organization. This leader will educate executives, define governance, and align strategy with operations, finance, and supply chain to drive faster, smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide planning and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Educate executive leaders on IBP principles, governance, and value.
• Establish IBP as a core component of the Management Operating System.
• Define the enterprise IBP framework spanning demand, supply, inventory, and finance.
• Lead enterprise-wide change to move from siloed planning to integrated decision-making.
• Develop KPI governance and executive dashboards for rapid risk/opportunity identification.
• Partner with ISC, Finance, and Segment leaders to drive investment decisions.
