Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Planning to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and investment prioritization. You will collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, CEO, and Board to set the long-term roadmap and oversee portfolio management across clinical, academic, and growth initiatives.

The role requires transforming strategy into actionable plans, managing governance, and building a sustainable planning architecture in a complex academic health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 10 years progressive leadership experience with healthcare marketing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategic planning process and governance.
• Develop frameworks for long-term strategy and annual/five-year cycles.
• Oversee market intelligence, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
• Guide service line and network strategy and portfolio management.
• Support executive and Board with strategy materials and scenarios.
