Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, project management, donor relations and execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President by anticipating priorities and driving execution of executive initiatives.
- Support strategic priorities, annual goals, divisional initiatives, and long-range planning efforts.
- Manage the Vice President's strategic project portfolio and ensure alignment with institutional objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
- Coordinate strategic planning meetings and cross-functional initiatives across the University.
