The role spans executive operations, complex project planning, and donor relations to advance fundraising priorities and strategic initiatives.

You will lead cross-campus collaboration with Development, Alumni Relations, Advancement Services, and Marketing to ensure programs stay aligned, measurable, and impactful.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of fundraising and project management experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and donor relations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality and judgment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President by anticipating priorities and driving execution of executive initiatives.
• Support the Vice President in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic priorities and divisional initiatives.
• Manage the Vice President's strategic project portfolio and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and owners.
• Coordinate strategic planning meetings and cross-functional initiatives across the University.
• Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
• Develop annual planning calendars and executive dashboards to improve communication and accountability.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities and executive volunteer initiatives.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables; translate priorities into actionable work plans.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to strengthen fundraising, engagement, and institutional priorities.
