Job summary

Stelvio Inc., located in Austin, TX, seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and the executive leadership team. This strategic, execution-focused role drives enterprise priorities, aligns leaders, and ensures critical initiatives move from decision to action.

You will partner with the CEO across Finance, Corporate Development, People, Legal and Technology, translating strategy into measurable initiatives while leading multi-unit programs and acquisitions. Travel is frequent.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, operations, transformation, management consulting, corporate development, M&A integration or similar leadership roles.
• Experience directly with a CEO and/or executive leadership team.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to link strategic decisions to operational results.
• Experience in a multi-business, tech-enabled, acquisition-driven or publicly traded environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to the CEO on priorities, decisions and challenges.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear initiatives, milestones and ownership.
• Establish operating cadence across the executive team.
• Prepare the CEO for critical meetings with concise options and recommendations.
• Drive high-priority initiatives spanning multiple functions.
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks and address them.
• Support acquisitions, integrations and enterprise transformation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Corporate Development, People, Legal, Tech and business leaders.
• Improve alignment and information flow across the executive team.
• Support strategic planning sessions, offsites and Board materials.
• Track key decisions to ensure actions are completed.
• Represent the CEO in select internal meetings.
