Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of CRO and Life Sciences strategy execution and transformation experience.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios of complex projects and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all projects within the EPMO portfolio.
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery of value across project teams.
• Refine project plans with milestones and success metrics.
• Lead post-mortems and drive continuous improvement.
