Bridgepoint, LLC is seeking a Task Force Stewarding Manager in Houston, TX. The role pays $32 per hour and requires full-time commitment with 100% travel and luxury hotel experience. Travel and lodging are covered, with two meals provided daily.

The position involves supervising stewarding operations, sanitation control, budgeting, SOPs, inventories, and staff training. Background checks and/or reports may be conducted as part of employment, and DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations, assigning tasks to dishwashers, night cleaners, and supervisors.
• Maintain sanitation schedules for kitchens, walk-ins, freezers, and storage areas.
• Manage department budget focusing on labor, chemical use, and reducing equipment breakage.
• Establish SOPs for dishwashing, pot-washing, and silver burnishing.
• Organize monthly and quarterly inventories of chinaware, glassware, flatware, and utensils.
• Coordinate with Banquet department to forecast equipment needs for events.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and MSDS tracking of cleaning chemicals.
• Train staff on safe operation of heavy kitchen machinery, PPE, and fire prevention.
