You will develop cleaning schedules, manage inventory, train staff, and collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to ensure smooth operations and sustainable improvements. This leadership role offers growth in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a stewarding team in an F&B operation.
• Proven ability to implement cleaning schedules and policies.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the stewarding team to maintain the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, inventory management processes, and operational policies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with the culinary and banquet teams to support seamless operations for events and daily service.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the stewarding staff to excel in their roles.
• Manage equipment and supply inventory, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute improvements in efficiency and sustainability efforts.
