Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the stewarding team, including dishwashers and support staff.
• Oversee dishwashing operations and ensure sanitation standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place replenishment orders.
• Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to uphold quality.
