Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts required.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations in a central sterile/sterile processing dept.
• Certification in sterile processing via CBSPD or IAHCSMM, with leadership cert within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OR SPD technicians and staff to meet performance and quality goals.
• Present data to senior leadership and OR management.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, TJC, AAMI, AORN and APIC standards.
