Qualifications

• BS degree in culinary arts or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food cost and kitchen profitability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of kitchen personnel engaged in preparation of food service.
• Ensures high quality food items are prepared and presented cost-effectively.
• Assists in planning, ordering, inventory and food preparation.
• Supports cost control and expenditure management for the account.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervises staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
