Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end dining environment.
• Proven experience managing multi‑outlet operations, including banquets and high-volume service.
• Culinary degree or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Marriott’s service philosophy and The Belgrove’s culinary identity across outlets.
• Lead and develop Sous Chefs and culinary teams.
• Oversee daily culinary operations for all resort outlets.
• Drive labor optimization while maintaining quality.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
