Four Seasons Washington, DC is seeking a creative and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join the Bourbon Steak team. The Executive Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in leading the Bourbon Steak Kitchen, upholding character, integrity and quality to drive growth and profitability for the department and hotel.

You will oversee kitchen operations, training, quality controls, food safety, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in a high-volume luxury restaurant.
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations including training, quality controls, and food safety assurance; supervise kitchen personnel to ensure highest standards of food quality.
• Support the Executive Chef in leadership and management for the Bourbon Steak kitchen and contribute to department growth and profitability.
