Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 3 years experience as a sous chef/kitchen manager.
• High school graduate.
• Any formal culinary training.
• Ability to analyze and participate in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned to set up the day for success.
• Create prep lists for all kitchen crew.
• Support the preparation of all food items for meal period.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned station.
• Alert Chef to deficiencies of food items and maintenance needs.
• Develop kitchen crew for cross training.
• Participate and lead roll out programs for menu changes.
• Support corrective action plans for the kitchen.
• Participate in interviews for new crew.
• Interact with Guests for table visits and special requests.
