Responsibilities

• Execute daily service to Vandelay standards with consistency and quality.
• Support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations including opening, closing, and service execution.
• Uphold culinary standards, procedures, and food safety guidelines; ensure proper inventory and ordering levels.
• Lead the team through service with real-time coaching and support to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members; train and develop staff.
