Valor is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead daily production and supervise kitchen staff across all outlets, ensuring safe sanitary standards and cost-conscious, high-quality dishes.

You will collaborate with the executive chef on menu development, train and motivate a team, maintain inventory controls, and uphold health and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise demonstrated in cooking and food preparation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a kitchen team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
