Job summary

Sodexo at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead and mentor a dynamic culinary team, oversee menu planning, program execution, and staff development, and collaborate with internal partners and clients to deliver exceptional dining for large events.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to direct all kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Related Experience: 1 year.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen and catering environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning, program execution, and staff development.
• Direct kitchen operations under the Executive Chef for large events.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation and inventory practices.
