Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef in Quakertown, PA to support the Executive Chef in operating a high-volume kitchen and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

You will oversee meal preparation in line with corporate programs, manage cost controls, and roll out culinary programs with the marketing and culinary teams. The role requires 3–5 years in culinary leadership and a culinary degree or equivalent training, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Culinary Arts or related field; or A.O.S. with specialized culinary training.
• 3–5 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of food cost and its relation to kitchen operations and quality.
• Proficiency with computers; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of kitchen personnel engaged in food preparation.
• Ensure high quality items are creatively prepared and presented cost-effectively.
• Assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
• Support cost controls and manage expenditures for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervise staff to maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
