Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Flik Hospitality, is seeking an Executive Chef liaison to support kitchen operations and ensure a safe, sanitary work environment. You will direct meal preparation in line with corporate programs and oversee back-of-house activities.

Responsibilities include cost control, staff training, and implementing culinary programs with cross-functional teams. A culinary degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation, ServSafe, HACCP principles.
• Ability to train and lead back-of-house staff to meet operational goals.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef to ensure sanitation, safety, production and merchandising standards.
• Motivate and develop back-of-house staff to achieve service goals.
• Prepare high-quality dishes cost-effectively and present creatively.
• Assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
• Support cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
