Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training.
• Extensive catering experience a plus.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production ensuring high-quality meals and presentation.
• Develop menus and seasonal specials based on product availability.
• Control food costs, labor, and inventory; manage budget adherence and safety protocols.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff; empower team members to deliver excellent service.
