Unidine in Quakertown, PA is seeking an Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure top-quality meals with optimal cost controls. You will oversee food safety, menu development, and guest satisfaction while driving departmental performance.

The role requires strong culinary leadership, a track record of managing high-volume kitchens, and expertise in budgeting, safety standards, and staff training.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training.
• Extensive catering experience a plus.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily culinary production ensuring high-quality meals and presentation.
• Develop menus and seasonal specials based on product availability.
• Control food costs, labor, and inventory; manage budget adherence and safety protocols.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff; empower team members to deliver excellent service.
