Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Executive Chef for Quakertown, PA to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver show-quality food while managing food and labor costs.

This role requires hands-on culinary leadership, strong business acumen, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and a passion for resident and client satisfaction. The candidate will develop menus, oversee purchasing, and mentor the onsite team.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Institutional and batch cooking experiences.
• Hands-on chefs experience is a must.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food trends, cost controls, and presentation.
• Must be experienced with computers; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and food safety compliance.
• Develop menus with seasonal ingredients and specials.
• Monitor food quality, cost controls, and profitability.
• Direct and empower onsite kitchen staff.
• Ensure resident and client satisfaction through service excellence.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving, and stock controls.
• Provide staff training and coaching.
