Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to lead high-volume venue dining services and ensure cost controls.

You will oversee menu engineering, labor management, and staff development while maintaining compliance with health codes and corporate standards. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen operations.
• Skilled in cooking, cost controls, management, crew training and development.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget management including food and labor costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and specs.
• Perform staff evaluations and support development goals.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Plan events and ensure compliance with health codes and corporate standards.
