Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary teams with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality and cost control. The role calls for hands-on kitchen leadership, sanitation, and strategic planning across shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in a culinary leadership role, a solid understanding of food safety, and a passion for mentorship and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality.
• Creative menu planning to adjust to guest needs.
• Manage labor costs, schedules and productivity.
• Hiring, coaching and disciplining direct reports.
• Interacting with guests to resolve issues.
• Acting as Manager on duty as required.
