Patrice and Associates in Texas is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a small team of cooks, delivering high-quality cuisine and maintaining top kitchen standards. You will train junior staff, participate in menu development, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers up to 80K base salary, 401K with 10% match, and full benefits paid at 80%+ by the client, plus quarterly merit-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary experience with a proven track record as a Sous Chef.

The right candidate should have a broad range of technical and cooking skills, excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude and an ability to work under pressure. You will be expected to lead by example and take a hands‑on role while following the instructions of the Chef.
