Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service establishment.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred; exceptional experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team.
• A collaborative, team-first approach to kitchen leadership with a commitment to a respectful and equitable workplace.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and efficiency across all service periods.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the kitchen team, building strong working relationships at all levels.
