Job summary

Redd Hospitality in Greenville, SC, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will excel in a scratch-kitchen environment and have experience managing P&L along with strong leadership of kitchen and floor staff.

You will assist in all aspects of the store, plan menus, supervise staff, manage inventory, train team on safety, and ensure compliance with health regulations while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes for events and daily service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sous chef role in a food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience with banquet service is preferred but not mandatory.
