Job summary

Cornerstone Servicing, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is seeking an Executive Services Representative to support customers and internal stakeholders on-site in Englewood, CO.

You will review requests, determine steps, update accounts, and communicate clearly with customers while documenting interactions in the system to ensure timely, accurate service.

A high school diploma and 2–5 years in mortgage or customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of mortgage industry experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Solid understanding of escrow management and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Review the request and determine the necessary steps needed to assist.
• Evaluate the information provided to determine if the request can be completed or if additional information is required.
• Make account updates and corrections recommendations to a third-party mortgage servicing provider.
• Respond to the customer or internal stakeholder with the requested documentation.
• Ensure timely, clear and accurate updates are provided to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis until the request is fully completed.
• Document all interactions fully and accurately within the system of record.
• Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned.

Overview

Cornerstone Servicing, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is a mortgage servicer focused on service, customer satisfaction, and delivering value to team members, clients, and communities.

Who we are looking for

The Executive Services Representative is primarily responsible for supporting Customers and internal Stakeholders.

• Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
• Compensation: $23-27/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Review the request and determine the necessary steps needed to assist
• Evaluate the information provided to determine if the request can be completed or if additional information is required
• Make account updates and corrections recommendations to a third-party mortgage servicing provider
• Respond to the customer or internal stakeholder with the requested documentation
• Ensure timely, clear and accurate updates are provided to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis until the request is fully completed
• Document all interactions fully and accurately within the system of record
• Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned

What you\'ll need to be successful

• High School Diploma / GED Required
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Solid understanding of escrow management and payment processing
• Organized with good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Exceptional listening skills in addition to verbal/written communication (chat/email/verbal)
• Ability to read and interpret information furnished in various mediums
• Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate within multiple systems
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a team environment
