Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay in San Leandro, CA is seeking an Executive Services Manager to coordinate daily activities of the executive office, partner with the Executive Director, supervise staff, and steer cross-department projects.

The role governs Board activities, ensures compliance with ADA, maintains confidential documents, oversees calendars, travel, and notary duties, and drives process improvements with strong leadership and discretion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and writing abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of and ability to use office programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and others.
• Bachelor’s degree in management related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Executive Director’s operational partner with timely execution of priorities.
• Supervise Executive office staff, including hiring, coaching, and evaluations.
• Provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
