Confidential Luxury Hospitality Campus in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Director of Security and Guest Protection to lead multi-site security operations, VIP guest management, and incident response for a 300+ acre luxury property.

The role requires 8+ years of security leadership, 3+ years supervising multi-shift teams, and expertise in emergency management, executive protection, and access control within hospitality contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in physical security, protective operations, emergency management, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and multi-shift security operations.
• Experience in VIP protection, executive protection, and high-profile guest management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-site security operations across a luxury hospitality campus.
• Coordinate VIP protection and executive protection for high-profile guests.
• Manage emergency response, incident command, and crisis coordination.
• Develop and enforce security SOPs, risk assessments, and security metrics.
