Job summary

Distro is seeking a Director of Security & Guest Protection for a Confidential Luxury Hospitality Campus in Franklin/Brentwood, TN. This leader will oversee physical security, emergency management, VIP protection, and guest safety across a 300+ acre estate with events and VIP services.

Responsibilities include coordinating executive protection, incident response, security reporting, and leading a multi-shift security team; requires strong leadership, discretion, and security technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years security/protective services experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing supervisors and multi-shift operations.
• Experience in VIP protection and executive protection coordination.
• Crisis response and incident command knowledge.
• Budget oversight and security metrics reporting.
• Ability to meet licensing and background requirements.
