The ideal candidate has about 2 years of recruitment or executive search experience, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recruitment, executive search, or related professional services experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, performance-driven, and motivated by progression.
• Exposure to finance, infrastructure, energy, professional services, or similar sectors.
• Experience in executive search, retained search, or a specialist recruitment desk.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted candidate research and market mapping across defined financial and investment markets.
• Develop and maintain talent maps, longlists, and pipelines for active mandates.
• Engage senior-level candidates through LinkedIn, email, and telephone.
• Screen candidates against role specifications and client requirements.
• Support execution of multiple live searches, including interview coordination, feedback management, and candidate communication.
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlists, and client briefing materials.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and search tracking systems.
• Contribute to market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent insights.
• Progressively support client relationship management and business development activities.
