With 3–4 years of recruitment experience and a BA/BS degree, you will develop market insights, conduct interviews, and participate in the full lifecycle of searches while upholding the firm’s standards of confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional recruiting experience or 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and candidates and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client companies to map the executive talent landscape.
• Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategy.
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest and collect market feedback.
• Manage candidate relationships through the full life cycle of the search.
