You will help map industries, craft position specifications, develop candidate pipelines, and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver high-impact searches for leading organizations.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of recruiting experience, a BA/BS degree, and strong writing and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ professional recruiting experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications, displaying adeptness in writing, articulating, and delivering information with confidence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-specific and client company research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Support Consultants in developing position specifications and focused search strategies.
• Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for clients.
