Responsibilities

• Month 1: Classroom Training (Philadelphia) led by True's leaders to establish business acumen and professional norms.
• Month 2: Rotations Begin across industry and functional practices to ramp up in search volume.
• Rotation 1 – Core Responsibilities: post-kickoff deliverables, research, outreach, candidate assessments, and agendas.
• Rotation 2 – Core Responsibilities: complex research, search pivots, pitching/phone skills, candidate management.
• Rotation 3 – Core Responsibilities: full candidate lifecycle ownership.
