True is seeking highly motivated new graduates for its Analyst Program in Philadelphia. The program launches a structured, 10-month career track into Executive Search, with dedicated mentorship from True’s leaders and hands-on experience across research, outreach, and client collaboration.

You join a three-rotation sequence focusing on market intelligence, pipeline execution, and recruiting strategy, aiming to prepare analysts for Associate roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate with interest in executive search.
• Willing to participate in a multi-phase interview process (TA Screen, Case Study, Super Day).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-scaling global business.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Month 1 classroom training led by True's leaders.
• Rotate through industry and functional practices to build breadth of the business.
• Develop research, pipeline, and candidate-management skills across rotations; support client updates and shadow teams.
• Progress through rotation phases from Emerging to Expert, with increasing ownership of candidate lifecycle.
