Responsibilities

• In-Office classroom training five days a week to maximize learning and exposure.
• Rotate through industry and functional practices to ramp up in search activity.
• Research: identify candidate archetypes and build target company lists.
• Pipeline Development: drive candidate outreach and build strong search pipelines.
• Candidate & Data Integrity: manage lifecycle and keep CRM data accurate.
• Client Updates: participate in weekly update calls with search team and clients.
• Shadow: learn quickly by working closely with the search team on calls and meetings.
